The main thing you get when buying a chainsaw, clearing saw, hedge trimmer or blower etc. from us is that we don't just send the machine in a box out the door with a label stuck on it.

Instead, we fully prepare and set up each and every machine to ensure that it is running correctly and at optimum power before handover (we call this the 'power tune'). Read why this is so important on my Power Tune page click here.

Without exception, all our machines are run, checked and tuned and given full PDI before leaving our premises.

We treat them all as if you were a local customer and with us in the shop.

Your machine will be individually tuned for maximum power and efficiency by us and not just left at the factory setting as we find that no two machines are exactly the same.

We ensure that your machine is set up and ready to run when we hand it over to you. This is in accordance with Husqvarna policy for their dealers, and you get full back up from us including warranty and repairs and spares, and of course any advice you may need.

So you didn't buy a superb Husqvarna chainsaw from me !!!!!

Instead you went down to the DIY supermarket, Machine Mart, or Screw Fix, and bought a Partner/Mac Cat 335 (or something similar).

Never mind, don't panic, all is not lost. As you may find it difficult to obtain any spares, bars, chains, sprockets, file kits or any part you require for your saw - don't despair - we have most in stock (or can obtain them at short notice, with just a few exceptions). So there !!! I don't hold a grudge!!!
