Double-sided hedge trimmer. The Husqvarna 325HD75x has been developed to combine good ergonomic design with high quality and excellent cutting performance. This machine is equipped with LowVib for lower vibration levels.
The professional machine.
The 323, 325, 327 all have a highly developed 'E tech' engine used extensively across the garden machinery range. They all have 'E' start and air purge systems making for very rapid starting (usually only a few pulls).
All HD machines have exhaust pipes directed along the blades, so no hot gasses near you or scorching the hedge.
One of the main advantages of the HD and HS range is something may never see - the clutch.
Most other clutch systems engage at 3000 rpm and work at 10 to 11000 rpm.
When one day you hit that invisible steel railing hidden in the hedge, long before the clutch disengages, you will have certainly damaged either the gear box or blades. This is the most common repair we do with other makes of hedge trimmers.
The HD and HS clutch is very small and does not engage fully until much higher revs. So when you do hit that steel rail the clutch disengages much quicker, causing less damage (if any).
The gear box has 2 balanced con rods which run on needle roller bearings. It also has the facility to turn the blades manually to get precise adjustments of the blades.
The chassis (handle frame) is spring suspended, for all day comfort.
The blades are hardened steel, fully adjustable, all teeth have ground tapered tips.
